Stephanie is responsible for managing prelitigated and All Scotland Personal Injury court litigated cases. Working from the beginning of the file to its successful completion, she manages cases ranging from minor to very serious injuries. Stephanie prides herself on ensuring that her clients are fairly represented, heard, and justly compensated.
After taking a career break, Stephanie obtained a Paralegal Graduate Diploma in Law from Stirling University in 2015 and joined Thompsons Solicitors at the conclusion of the course; she is based in the Edinburgh office.
Following promotion to the role of case handler in 2016, Stephanie has settled a large volume of cases to date and pushed many cases successfully through to litigation. She applies her expertise to an increasingly tough insurance industry and understands that carrying this knowledge through into All Scotland Personal Injury Court really matters for clients.
Currently specialising in personal injuries arising out of RTAS, with varying ranges of injuries including life altering injuries, Stephanie works within the All Scotland Personal Injury Court and recently within the Court of Session.
Stephanie also works within The Thompsons Charity Committee as a member and liaison officer. She has an interest in the vulnerable sections of society with a mind to hearing their voices and understanding their needs.
