About Hayden

Hayden obtained the LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde. After graduating from University, Hayden completed his two-year traineeship at a UK-wide law firm. Since qualifying, Hayden has joined Thompsons as a Solicitor within the Private Client department in 2021.

Expertise

As a Solicitor within the team, Hayden provides advice on various Private Client matters including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, in addition to dealing with Estate administration. Hayden also has experience in the creation and administration of Trusts as well as providing Estate planning advice in order to ensure individuals and families manage their affairs in a tax-efficient manner.

Hayden is also a Notary Public.
