Our client, Miss Marie Gilmore, an alert responder for South Lanarkshire Council, was involved in a road traffic accident on 23 October 2016.Miss Gilmore's Peugeot van was stationary on the road. She was waiting for the third-party vehicle to pull out of a junction. However, the third-party driver failed to observe the right of way and proceeded to pull too far out from the junction, hitting another vehicle that was coming in the opposite direction.
