Gender Pay Gap Report 2024-2025
This report presents Thompsons Solicitors’ first year of gender pay gap reporting for 2024–2025, showing that, on average, women earn less than men across the organisation, with a mean pay gap of 18.64% and a median gap of 23.42%.
It highlights that women make up the majority of employees across all pay quartiles, particularly in lower-paid roles, indicating that the gap is largely driven by workforce distribution rather than unequal pay for the same work.
As a baseline year, the report emphasises a commitment to transparency and outlines plans to review recruitment, progression and reward structures to better understand and address the underlying causes of the gap.
