About Robert

Robert qualified as a solicitor with Thompsons in 2013 having trained with the firm whilst representing the interests of our Trade Union Clients.

Robert returned to Thompsons in 2019 and now works in the Trade Union accident at work team. Robert represents clients in relation to all types of accident at work.

Robert’s primary objective is to achieve the best results possible for his clients whilst providing a high standard of legal advice.

Expertise

Robert has acted for individuals injured as a result of an accident for over 8 years. He has advised clients on all types of personal claims including industrial disease cases, medical negligence cases, fatal cases, catastrophic claims, road traffic cases and accidents at work. Robert has appeared in sheriff courts throughout Scotland and has conducted over 15 proofs as the appearing solicitor. He has also been the instructing agent in many high value court of Session with several running in court.
