Jennifer Wallace (née Watson)  graduated from the University of Dundee and qualified as a Solicitor and Notary Public in 2005. Having worked in civil litigation and commercial litigation, she has extensive experience in appearing at Court for clients and is a Partner in our Solicitor Advocacy team.  Jennifer has specialised in personal injury litigation for over 16 years. She is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury, and accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL.) She has taught professional communication at the University of Dundee for over 17 years and is the Joint Co-ordinator of the personal injury elective at the University.

In addition to general personal injury claims, Jennifer has extensive experience in specialising in non-surgical cosmetic and hairdressing claims. She is a member of the Trichological Society in London.  In 2018, she secured the first Scottish reported decision for the application of vicarious liability of a self-employed contractor in the case of Grubb v Shannon (2018) SC GLA 13.
