Jennifer Wallace (née Watson) graduated from the University of Dundee and qualified as a Solicitor and Notary Public in 2005.

Jennifer is a Partner and Solicitor Advocate with extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, including representing clients in court. She has specialised in personal injury litigation since 2008 and, alongside Seonaid Brophy, heads up Thompsons’ General Accident team.

She is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury and an accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Jennifer has also been a Tutor in Professional Communication at the University of Dundee since 2007 and is Joint Co-ordinator of the Personal Injury elective at the university.

In addition to her work in general personal injury claims, Jennifer has particular expertise in non-surgical cosmetic and hairdressing claims. She is also a member of the Trichological Society in London.

In 2018, Jennifer secured the first reported Scottish decision on the application of vicarious liability to a self-employed contractor in Grubb v Shannon (2018) SC GLA 13.
