About Amy

Amy completed her traineeship with Thompsons, working in mass litigation for the duration of her two-year training period. Over this time she gained the experience and skills needed to deal with complex product liability and medical negligence cases. This has resulted in her working on a number of high profile cases in this area, including mesh implant litigation, PIP implant cases, Hepatitis claims, metal-on-metal hip claims and the litigation that arose following the infant ashes scandal.

Expertise

Amy has an interest in the development of group litigation in the Scottish Courts. This area is of particular relevance to product liability claims, which affect a large number of Pursuers.
