About Scott

Scott currently works within the road traffic accident team at Thompsons Scotland and is responsible for a case load comprising of both pre-litigated and litigated cases. Scott also handles cases in the Court of Session and the new All-Scotland Personal Injury Court.

Having joined the firm in 2004 as a legal executive, Scott has worked in the occupational respiratory disease team in our Edinburgh office, acting for miners and their families in order to secure compensation for those who had developed and suffered from respiratory disease caused by their exposure to harmful substances.

In 2008, Scott joined our road traffic accident team.

Expertise

Scott currently specialises in personal injuries arising out of RTAs. The injuries resulting from such accidents are very varied.
