About Robin

Robin joined Thompsons in 2009 and has worked within the accident team since 2011. He assists the solicitors in progressing clients’ claims as quickly as possible.

Having worked on a large number of cases, Robin has assisted the team with a variety of case types; such as accidents at work, occupiers' and public liability, and assisting clients through their cases with the CICA.

In order to gather information regarding clients' accidents, and the injuries they have sustained, Robin spends as much time as possible speaking to clients and helping to guide them through the process of claiming personal injury compensation.

Robin is also involved with speaking to clients' families regarding any effects the accident has had on their lives. This can sometimes be difficult and stressful, however, Robin feels he is able to do this in a supportive and sympathetic manner.

Expertise

Following on from his MA degree, Robin believes strongly in workers’ rights and the rights of any individual who has been injured due to the negligence of others. In his current role he is able to assist clients in their claim for compensation and fight for the justice they deserve.

Qualifications

MA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Dundee in 2009. A particular interest of Robin's studies was in policy making regarding workers’ rights and the rights of the individual.
