About Richard

Richard started his traineeship with us in September 2022 as a member of the Edinburgh Accident Team. Prior to that, he studied the accelerated LLB and the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh.

Expertise

Richard works mostly with trade union members advising and assisting with claims arising from accidents at work. He has also appeared in Edinburgh Sheriff Court successfully representing a client under Simple Procedure.
