About Paola

Paola is a civil court practitioner with a general commercial background who has become specialised in personal injury and product liability/medical negligence claims.

On a day to day basis, Paola is responsible for advising clients, liaising with Counsel and medical experts dealing predominantly in product liability and medical negligence cases arising from defective medical implants such as PIP implants, Metal on Metal Hips and Mesh claims.

Expertise

While she specialises in medical negligence, product liability and road traffic accidents, Paola is also interested in increasing public awareness of health issues arising from medical implant use and campaigning for better regulation of these devices.
