About Kirsty

Kirsty joined Thompson’s Solicitors in December 2015 whilst she was still a student at University. During this time she worked in the road traffic accident department.

Having graduated with her Law Degree from Stirling University in June 2016, Kirsty went on to complete her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Strathclyde University in 2017. Following graduation, Kirsty commenced her traineeship in the union accident team in March 2018.  Upon qualifying as a solicitor in March 2020, Kirsty moved over to the Road Traffic Accident Team in our Glasgow office.

Expertise

Kirsty has experience of representing clients who have been involved in an accident/incident which has caused them either physical or psychological injury; whether it be an accident at work, a trip on the street or a road traffic accident. She also has experience of handling work related stress claims as well as representing those who have sustained an injury as a result of a criminal act.

Kirsty has experience in both pre-litigation cases and litigated cases.
