stage of investigations, we can look to try and

recover as much evidence as we can.

We then look at information which may be available, such as records,

documents, or other supporting evidence.

We then explain the legal position in clear, straightforward

terms.

We'll never push someone to do something that they don't want to do.

What we're looking to do really is to provide someone with a list of

options, and we can give our advice on what we think the best

option is. But ultimately, it will always be the decision of the client.
