I think it's reflective of the firm's values in terms of striving for excellence

for our clients and making sure that we get the justice that they truly

deserve in their claim. And not just settling for

any amount, making sure the amount that we get really reflects the impact the

accident has on their life. And certainly it's something that the

trainees are taught at a very early stage in their traineeship, is

to strive for the best possible outcome for the client and not to

let it rest until they get that.
