So constructive dismissal is where your employer does something to you,
and it's a wide range of possibilities what they might do, which is
so serious that it fundamentally breaks the bond of
trust and confidence that you have to have in an employment relationship.
They have to do something quite extreme and something which really, to
you, means that they no longer want you to be employed.
And if they do that, you can resign and you can claim constructive unfair
dismissal.
