A Fatal Accident Inquiry is to be held in respect of the deaths of a mother and her two young children who were involved in a road traffic accident.
The car crash involving 45 year old Ann Copeland and her daughters who were aged seven and 10 occurred on the A92 in January 2008. Tragically all three family members in the vehicle died as a result of the road traffic accident.
At the time of the road traffic accident the police said that a spill of lubricating oil may have been a significant factor in the accident. The road traffic accident occurred on the Inverbervie to Low North Water Bridge road.
The Crown office have announced that the Fatal Accident Inquiry is to take place at Stonehaven Sheriff Court on 1st December.
