A rally driver is suing for £2 million in compensation following a car accident in the Highlands.

Mr Munro who is suffering from post traumatic stress disorder following the accident has lost confidence in the sport which was his passion and has now required to give up rallying.

Three months following the accident the former Scottish Rally Champion maintains he cannot rely on the maps and produced material for drivers provided for the sport and has been forced to quit the sport he loved.  The Hearing continues.
