It has been reported that a number of fruitpackers who were involved in a horrific fatal road traffic accident on the M5 have instructed personal injury lawyers to represent them in a personal injury claim for compensation.
The fatal accident occurred on the 24th March 2012 on the M5 when a lorry collided with a coach, which was transporting fruitpackers to work.
Tragically, a passenger on the coach and the driver of the lorry died as a result of their injuries.
The driver of the coach was reportedly arrested and bailed on suspicion of dangerous driving.
It is reported that a number of the bus passengers are reluctant to provide witness evidence, as they are worried about their jobs.
Several of the 35 passengers are reported to have sought the advice of a personal injury solicitors firm in relation to the matter.
