A 26-year-old man has been awarded £2.3 million in compensation for personal injuries he sustained in a serious car accident. A driver was attempting an overtaking manoeuvre in order to pass a lorry when he hit Nazer Ahadi's vehicle head on, near Devizes, Swindon. He had been driving to work.
Mr Ahadi sustained severe personal injuries, leaving him disabled and suffering a brain injury.
