About Lorraine

Having worked on the administrative side of personal injury cases since joining Thompsons in 2000, Lorraine has gained a wealth of knowledge, experience and understanding of the personal injury procedure.

Since 2008, Lorraine provided secretarial support for the road traffic accident department in Edinburgh, assisting the team by taking telephone calls, arranging meetings and other administrative tasks. In the summer of 2015, Lorraine was promoted within the RTA Team and she is now a fully-fledged file handler managing a range of cases from pre-litigation stage to cases in the Specialist Personal Injury Court in Scotland.
