About Janine

Janine graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2004 and completed her Diploma in Legal Practice in 2006. She then began working for an Edinburgh-based personal injury firm and later with a Glasgow-based firm before joining Thompsons in November 2017.

Expertise

As a solicitor in the road traffic accident team, Janine handles a varied caseload including high-value road accident claims. Specialising in litigation, Janine regularly acts for clients in cases in every level of the Scottish Courts. Throughout her career, Janine has only ever acted for accident victims; a specialism of which she is very proud. This has allowed her to seek justice for those who deserve to be compensated in situations where they were not at fault.

Janine prides herself on her friendly, experienced approach in assisting clients from the outset of their claims through to conclusion, being available to discuss the case and to explain each stage in detail, particularly when a case has proceeded to court.
