A Scottish Court recently awarded compensation to a cyclist who fell off his bike due to a sunken drainage channel.

The cyclist was involved in an accident when he rode his bike off the cycle path on a corner and rode into the sunken drainage channel. The cyclist claimed compensation for the injury and losses he sustained as a result of the accident. The cyclist was awarded compensation and was not found in any way to blame for the accident due to the lay out of the bend, a lack of lighting in the area and the position of the drainage channel.

If you have been involved in an accident in the last three years. Call Thompsons Solicitors on 0800 0891331 and we will  help you claim maximum compensation. Our advice is free and will pursue your compensation claim on a No Win No Fee basis.
