I read in the papers this morning that a woman saved her seven year old grandson from a dog attack when they were out on the beach in Essex.  My first thought was just how brave both the child and the grandmother had been to get through such a terrifying ordeal but it also shocked me at how dangerous dogs can be.

Now I love dogs, we’ve got one and Mrs Thom and the kids love it, but I just don’t understand why some people don’t think about the safety of people around them when they take their dog out.

This isn’t an isolated incident and you’re reading more and more about vicious dogs attacking people.  This can happen completely out of the blue and the victims have every right to take legal action and claim compensation.

My friends at Thompsons Solicitors are experts in personal injury cases.  They handle all sorts of accidents from road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, industrial disease and even dog attacks.  They are there to give you advice and guidance if you’re a victim of an accident that wasn’t your fault and they’re no win no fee.

What I like about Thompsons is that they only represent the victims of accidents and they really do everything they can to get you the best compensation to get your life back on track.
