Whilst surfing the internet the other day I read a very interesting article debating whether or not workplaces should be a third female?  What do you think?

Lawyer Baroness Kennedy argues that having a workplace make up similar to that of the shadow cabinet i.e. one third female, could be an interesting proposition.

The truth is that although the gender gap is narrowing in the workplace, despite all the gains, women are still not managing to make it to the top jobs.  There is only one woman in the Supreme Court, a tiny number heading FTSE companies and only four women in a government cabinet of 23.  Baroness Kennedy points out that women are now half the intake in most university courses, including law.  However this is not reflected around the boardroom table.  Does your workplace have an equal mix of men and women?
