We need to confirm your parent or relative are fully competent and our instruction is coming from them and not from anyone else. If you are coming along to the meeting please do not be insulted if we ask you to leave the room briefly or wait in reception whilst we take instructions from your family member.

Creating a POA for a child

In Scotland when a child turns 16 they become an adult, therefore as a parent you will lose the authority to act on your child’s behalf.
