About Olivia

Olivia joined Thompson’s Solicitors in 2019 whilst she was still a student at University. During this time she worked as a precognition agent. 

Having graduated from the University of Strathclyde Dual Qualifying Scots and English LLB with a First Class Honours Law degree in 2019, Olivia went on to complete her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2020. Following graduation, Olivia commenced her traineeship in the Union Accident team in October 2021.

Following qualification, Olivia is now a Solicitor within the Private Accident Team.

Expertise

Olivia assists with a mixed caseload acting for union members who have been involved in accidents at work, accidents offshore and accidents in public places. 

She also has experience dealing with workplace stress claims, assault cases, cases involving Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority applications and data breach cases.
