About Gintis

Prior to joining Thompsons, Gintis worked as a trainee solicitor in a law firm which specialises in criminal and family matters defending clients and helping victims who have been wronged. Gintis has a passion for justice and helping others. This is what initially attracted him to Thompsons. Gintis enjoys the satisfaction that his role working on lung disease claims brings, particularly, making a difference to clients and their families who have suffered as a result of negligent exposure to asbestos.

Expertise

Gintis is a trainee Solicitor within the Lung Disease Team. His role involves investigating claims for clients who has been diagnosed with asbestos related lung conditions. This ranges from pleural plaques cases to mesothelioma cases. Gintis assists case handlers at the pre-litigation stage. He takes great pride in helping clients and family members who have negligently been exposed to asbestos to achieve justice and fair compensation.
