About Chloe

Chloe joined Thompsons in October 2018 as part of the Statement Team while studying at University. She then joined the Industrial Disease Team in Glasgow in June 2019 as a Trainee Solicitor after completing her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.

She has been working as a Solicitor since July 2021 and is responsible for handling a number of industrial disease cases.

Expertise

Chloe is currently a Solicitor in in the non-asbestos Industrial Disease Team and represents clients with a variety of conditions including vibration injuries, strain, skin disease, occupational asthma and noise induced hearing loss. She acts on behalf of Union members and private clients across Scotland.

Chloe has experience in both pre-litigation and litigated cases, primarily dealing with cases in the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court in Edinburgh.
