Employment Tribunal Equal Pay Time Limits 

The employment tribunal opperates strict time limits for lodging equal pay claims. Equal pay claims should be lodged within six months minus a day of the end of employment. If you move from one post to another, even within the same employer, the claim should be lodged within six months minus a day from the date of transfer.
