As part of the Federations aim is to provide full advice and representation in the event of an accident or disease causing injury to one of its members with all its consequences, in the course of their employment.

In addition the Federation also recognises that there may be many other legal matters which can affect a member's availability for, and capacity to do their job and has therefore arranged for services to support the member and their family in these concerns.

The Federation also believes that such services must be rendered in accordance with up to date technology and meet expectations of members.
