C-Diff Claim - We can help you

Lady Clark has now ruled that the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health 1999 Regulations not only apply to employees in the Health Service but also to patients. This means that the Health Service will have to show that they took all the steps in terms of the regulations to protect patients in so far as reasonably practicable to prevent and control the biological agent in question. The regulations go far beyond the duty of reasonable care and common law of the NHS.

However, time is also an issue, as legal action must be started within three years of infection. If it is approaching three years since you or someone you know has been infected with C-Diff then call us on 08000 89 13 31 or email us. And we can begin a case for you NOW thus preventing you from losing out on damages which may be time barred.
