Personal Injury Solicitor
Derek McLean is a graduate of Strathclyde University and is an Associate in the Glasgow office, having joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2003. He specialises in personal injury law and has a varied caseload in this field. Derek has wide experience of litigation in both the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court and has trained with the renowned American National Institute for Trial Advocacy. In addition, Derek has provided extensive seminar training on legal issues relating to workplaces to unions and health and safety representatives.
