There is always a fear in referring a client to another solicitor.  It is natural to be worried about what the client will do when he next requires the assistance of a solicitor.  Thompsons are a specialist personal injury practice.  We do not do any other work and we recognise that the property of the client always remains with you.  We therefore always formally refer the client back to you at the end of the case and remind the client by letter and at a meeting that you will be happy to assist them with any other legal matters they may have.  Additionally, if any ancillary legal issues arise through obtaining compensation for your clients, such as financial advice and conveyancing transactions, we will always immediately refer to you to provide that service.
