Rory McPherson

Rory McPherson is the Head of Thompsons Employment Rights Unit.

Rory has considerable experience in all Scottish Courts and Tribunals including representation in both Sheriff Courts and Tribunals throughout Scotland and the Commercial Court of the Court of Session.

Rory was the last solicitor advocate to qualify in the 20th Century and has been a partner with Thompsons since the year 2000.

Based in the firm's Glasgow Office he was accredited by the Law Society of Scotland a Specialist Personal Injury Lawyer in 2003 and was re-accredited in 2006.

He is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of Citizens Advice Scotland and has for several years been a member of the Law Society of Scotland Insurance Committee.

His interests outwith work including scuba diving and skiing.
