In the course of any compensation claim or litigation, outlays have to be paid. These are, for example, fees to doctors, health and safety experts, engineers, court dues and other costs. Normally, you would have to draw on your savings or contact your bank to find the funds to meet these outlays. Our clients do not have to do that.

Our firm will pay these running costs on your behalf until payment of compensation is made. At the conclusion of a successful case, we will always seek to recover all of these costs from the defenders to the action. Usually, an award of costs will be made against the defenders by the Court.
