Jennifer Stewart

Jennifer is a solicitor based within the Litigation Lung Disease team in Thompson’s Glasgow office. She trained and qualified at Thompsons becoming an Associate in 2010.

Jennifer specialises in occupational disease claims including asbestos related disease, occupational asthma and silicosis. She is an experienced Court of Session litigator and was the instructing solicitor in the undernoted cases which succeeded in raising the level of damages awarded to the victims and families of asbestos related disease –

Jennifer is a member of APIL (The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers), an Association, dedicated to promoting the interests of accident victims and the improvement of services provided by the personal injury lawyer. She is also a Notary Public.
