Thompsons Professional Alliance - Fees and Commission Payable to You

We will always pay a fee to you for using Thompsons Professional Alliances.  The fee will depend upon the service which you use.

If you refer your client to us from the outset of the case and we handle the entire matter the fee can be paid either as an immediate fee to you; or at the end by us paying to you an agreed proportion of our own fees in the case.  Some solicitors prefer the certainty and the cash flow benefits of the first model while others prefer to wait until the end of the case.  It is entirely a matter for you as to how you would like to be paid for using Thompsons Professional Alliances.

If you employ us as the traditional Edinburgh agents, we will provide your client with the peace of mind and complete financial protection offered by our litigation funding and indemnity product.  We will, additionally, enter into a fee-sharing agreement with you to split the fees in the case on a fair and reasonable basis.
