Derek McLean

Derek McLean is a graduate of Strathclyde University and is a Partner in the Edinburgh office, having been with Thompsons since joining as a trainee in 2003.  He has always specialised in personal injury law and has wide experience of litigation in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court.  Derek has trained with the renowned American National Institute for Trial Advocacy and is the manager of the firm’s specialist Road Traffic Accident department.
