There are a number of signs which could indicate problems or rupture of your breast implants including:

• pain in the breast or surrounding area
• swelling or lumpiness around the lymph nodes
• breasts feeling lumpy
• a difference in shape of the breast
• redness, tenderness or swelling of the breast
• deflation of the breast
